All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days using the United States Postal Service.

Return  Policy

We accept exchanges or store credit only within 10 days of receiving the item at the customers expense. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging and condition to qualify. Please send us an email at INFO@SHOPBLACKEGO.COM to let us know what item you wish to exchange, the reason, and the new item you want as a replacement or you may request store credit. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify the customer and process the exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*Please Note: Accessories, sale items, body suits, leggings, and mystery packs are not eligible for exchange or store credit. These sales are final.
